Special Classes & Private Lessons
Private Lessons at my home studio
Want to learn metalsmithing and to choose your own hours for classes?
Come join me in my home studio and I will teach you one on one at your own pace and on the days and times that work for you!
In private lessons, you get to choose how you want to work and what you want to learn. You can come in with a project you’d like to make, a technique you want to master, or if you've never had any metals experience we can start from scratch!
In private lessons you get access to all my tools and work space, as well as “consumable” materials like saw blades, flux, solder, sandpaper, buffing wheels, patina, etc.
Students must bring their own metals and findings. If you’re totally starting from scratch I can provide you with a materials kit!
Who should sign up for one on one?
if you’ve never had any metalsmithing experience but are really interested
if you have some metalsmithing skills but feel like you need a “refresh”
if you have a specific project you’re working on and want some help or guidance
if you love taking metals classes but have a busy schedule and can only fit them in at odd times.
you want to treat yourself (and get a peak inside my studio)!
